GLOBAL ETHICS & GOVERNANCE AI POLICY

PURPOSE
The Wolf Ltd. is committed to the responsible development, deployment, and oversight of AI systems used in our consulting operations. This policy outlines the ethical standards, security measures, and governance protocols that guide our AI offerings and protect the interests of our clients around the world.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all AI-powered services and agents deployed by The Wolf Ltd. within client engagements, including but not limited to:
• Wolfie AI Agent
• AI-enhanced client portals and dashboards
• Automated reports, analytics, and correspondence
• Embedded integrations with third-party platforms
CORE PRINCIPLES
1. Client-First Commitment
• AI tools are designed to serve our clients — never the other way around.
• AI functionality is enabled only within authenticated client portals.
• Client interaction, data usage, and output are limited to the scope of active service agreements.
2. Human-in-the-Loop Governance
• Our AI systems are built to support, not replace, human decision-making.
• Complex issues, ethical gray areas, or high-risk queries are escalated to human consultants.
• All AI outputs are subject to human review, especially where interpretation or compliance is critical.
3. Cybersecurity by Design
• All AI systems are hosted on encrypted, secure infrastructure, monitored continuously for threat detection.
• Data is compartmentalized and client-specific — no cross-contamination or shared model training.
• We implement zero-trust protocols, role-based access controls, and periodic risk audits.
4. Restricted Access and Ethical Use
• AI tools are available only to authorized clients of The Wolf Ltd.
• We do not sell, license, or expose our AI models to third-party consumers.
• Internal guardrails prevent misuse of AI for manipulation, surveillance, discrimination, or autonomous decision-making outside of approved use cases.
COMPLIANCE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We actively monitor and align with global AI governance frameworks, including:
• NIST AI Risk Management Framework
• UNESCO Ethics Guidelines
Our international compliance team performs quarterly reviews to update policies and retrain our system in line with legal, technical, and ethical advancements. Clients are informed of all relevant updates to our AI system behavior, guardrails, and permissions.
RISK MITIGATION & INCIDENT RESPONSE
• We implement real-time alerts for anomalies or abnormal usage patterns.
• Clients have access to an AI Interaction Log, which records all activity within their portal.
• In the event of a suspected risk, AI services are suspended and escalated to our Incident Response Team.
• Formal investigations are launched with transparency and client collaboration.
FEEDBACK & RIGHTS
• Clients may request audits of their AI interactions at any time.
• We provide explanations for AI-generated decisions, outputs, or suggestions when applicable.
• We offer opt-out controls for specific features and consent-based activation of intelligent modules.
ONGOING EVOLUTION
• Continuous learning and adaptation in partnership with AI thought leaders and governing alliances.
• Transparent evolution of our internal systems to reflect emerging risks and new protections.
• Thoughtful innovation — never at the expense of our clients’ privacy, trust, or dignity.
ADDENDUM: USE OF THIRD-PARTY AI PLATFORM (MINDSTUDIO)
In certain cases, The Wolf Ltd. may embed AI agents into our client portal using secure, third-party platforms such as MindStudio. While these platforms help accelerate deployment and improve usability, they are limited in scope to authenticated users of our portal only.
Data is processed through external infrastructure and subject to the privacy and security practices of the underlying service provider. Clients will be informed of this distinction and may access the service provider’s policy through the MindStudio Trust Center or Privacy Policy page.
This AI functionality is governed in part by The Wolf Ltd. ethics policy and in part by MindStudio’s compliance standards, pending full internal migration to a private AI stack. This governance policy will be reviewed and updated quarterly or upon major vendor changes.
